I recently played this Reed 2 book (with two different production companies) and the “To Flute” indicated in the Mob Song is a mistake. The beginning of the number lists only oboe and English horn, the whole number is in the range of the oboe, and there’s a number of moments where the oboe is in duet with the trumpet. The book is solely oboe/English horn.
In the number immediately after (#20A the Fight on the Tower), there is an instrument switch from EH to oboe with no rests (marked in the book as “no time”) that requires some creative transposition and/or cuts.
Added based on a comment by Eric Hansen.

Removed flute from Reed 2. Thank you!
