    The books listed here are for the standard 9-piece orchestration. There is an optional 13-piece orchestration that has three reed books:

    Reed 1: Piccolo, flute, clarinet, alto saxophone
    Reed 2: Flute, clarinet, alto saxophone
    Reed 3: Clarinet, soprano saxophone, tenor saxophone

    There is also an optional 17-piece orchestration with four reed books:
