The 2024 UK Tour (and the 2024 West End leg, too) features just Clarinet, tenor sax, and bari sax (low A).
All oboe bits are played on clarinet (some is rewritten for clarinet, some you have to sight transpose) and all flute is either rewritten for clarinet or on the click.

There’s a rental available from Concord Theatricals. The Reed book has the same instrumentation but also includes Flute for two songs.
