I believe the current rental is different – when I saw it with Welsh National Opera a year or two ago it was 2 Flutes (II=Picc), Ob d. EH, 2 Clarinets (II=Bass, think one has Eb? Memory is a bit fuzzy!) and Bassoon.
Upon a bit of googling, boosey and hawkes states that it’s 2.1.2.1 with doubles – 2nd Fl=Picc, Ob=EH, 1st Cl=Eb and opt SSax? https://www.boosey.com/cr/music/Leonard-Bernstein-Candide-Scottish-Opera-version/7651
MTI still lists the version shown here as available. Added the Boosey & Hawkes version as a new listing.
