This listing is incomplete, but the 2016 Encore! Off Center’s production of this show(and it’s official cast album) had an expanded orchestration which(among other parts), had a three woodwind players. This is what I’ve been able to glean from the cast album of what the doublings were:
Hopefully, someone involve with that production(if not the woodwind players from this production themselves) could fill in/clarify any details I missed.
(I do hope further, personally, that this full arrangement ever gets made available[as Alternate Orchestrations, no less] with the show’s licensing someday.)
