  1. Piccolo, flute, clarinet, soprano saxophone, alto saxophone
  2. Oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, tenor saxophone
  3. Flute, clarinet, bassoon, baritone saxophone [to low A]

  1. Updated per information received from Dahlia Yoeli

  2. Bret Pimentel says:

Contributor Scott Kaplan indicates that reed 1 has “only 12 measures of soprano sax that can be played on alto without altissimo.”

  3. David Fox says:

    1. Neither the Reed 1 book nor the Reed 3 flute parts require a flute with a low B. Each can be played on a low C flute.
    2. The Reed 2 bass clarinet parts do not call for notes below low Eb, so they may be played on any bass clarinet.
    3. The Reed 3 baritone saxophone parts calls for a lot of low A’s, so a low A bari sax is a must.
