  1. Updated per information received from Gene Scholtens

Does anyone know who extensive the picc part is for this show?

  3. Brian says:

Answered my own question at rehearsal…not that much 🙂

  4. In the Reed 4 and Reed 5 parts, the bass clarinet sections do not go any lower than an Eb (so a low C bass is not necessary).

There is also a 2009 London version, which just has two reeds:

    1) piccolo, flute, clarinet, alto sax
    2) flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, baritone sax

Reed 2 bass clarinet only goes to low Eb and bari to low Bb, so no extensions are needed.

  6. Christian says:

Would anyone be able to comment on the approximate balance of clarinet/bassoon/bari on Reed 5? (taking out the optional bass clarinet)
